Our client, a global power supply company with in
excess of 28,000 employees in over 60 countries
worldwide, had entered into two separate joint
ventures simultaneously and were using the services
of a third party consulting firm to program manage
the identification, selection and implementation of
employee health and benefit programs for these JVs.
At the request of the leadership team for the joint
ventures our client terminated the services of the
third party due to lack of acceptable progress on
the program deliverables. Our client was then faced
with the challenge of identifying a new consulting
firm to pick up the project in mid stream and get it
back on track. They turned to The Grasp Group. Our
challenge was to identify cost affordable options
for these new start-ups that still provided
competitive benefit offerings to the employees who
were moving from the parent companies to the
significantly smaller JV’s. We were under a
significant time constraint given the failure of the
previous firm to deliver.
“I found The Grasp Group’s ability to quickly
understand our complex organization
