Loren Pfau
Loren has over 8 years of consulting services experiences, most
recently with TGG and previously with Mount Evans Group, LLC and The
Analytics Sciences Corporation (TASC). Loren possesses over 20 years of
experience in the telecommunications, Internet, technology and defense
industries in the functional areas of marketing (product development and
management), program management, business development, sales operations,
process development and finance. Loren has extensive international
business experience working in EMEA, India, China, Latin America and APAC
regions.
Sean Howe
Sean is a twenty year veteran of the communications and high technology
sector. He has held executive marketing, sales and general management
positions across the value chain in the communications sector. Sean was
also a founding member of the leadership team in a successful BCE/MCI
joint venture start-up in New Zealand, He was an advisory board member of
Domainia.com and is currently an advisory board member of
Bankonrealestate.com and WindPole Ventures, Advanced IO, adhack.com and
AfterCad Software. He currently provides consulting, advisory, and senior
program management services to TGG clients around the world.
Linda Smith
Linda brings to the team more than 20 years experience in various
areas of both Human Resources and Marketing. Linda’s recent experiences
have been with both private and publicly held companies, providing HR
expertise in areas such as Performance Management, Recruitment,
Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce
Planning, Coaching, Change Management, and Conflict Resolution. Linda
holds a B.S. and an MBA degree from Penn State University, University
Park, Pennsylvania.
Richard Shimizu
Richard has over 25 years of experience driving results at companies
through their strategy, marketing, product management, product
development, M&A and channel development initiatives. He has developed,
launched and managed numerous products as large as $500M annual recurring
revenue. He has assisted clients in developing and executing their
strategies to grow revenue, expand their sales channels, new product
development, organize effectively, research new business and position with
their customers. He has managed projects in the US, Europe and Asia.
Richard has extensive experience in the Telecom and IT/Software
industries. He has a B.S. in Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from
Pepperdine University.
Kristen Adams
Kirsten has extensive experience managing events and programs in both
the non-profit and corporate arenas. Over the past nine years she has
focused on the technology sector in event, marketing and program
management roles and has directed projects in training and readiness,
sales, and human resources. As an experienced manager of a wide range of
events from intimate fund-raising dinners to large conferences, Kirsten
has handled logistics, registration, content development, customer care
and special requests. She has driven international programs, customizing
strategy and approach for global audiences, and is experienced working
with teams from every region of the globe. Kirsten also brings website and
SharePoint management and graphic design skills to the company. Prior to
working with TGG, Kirsten worked as a Communications Specialist for a
Fortune 100 software company and managed events for several non-profit
organizations.
