In 2004 Geoff brought to the Grasp Group fifteen years of experience in various areas of Human Resources in high tech and the public sector.  Geoff has extensive experience in international business having worked and lived in Canada, USA, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.  This global experience has given him the awareness to understand the unique challenges facing companies that operate in and across varying cultures and geographies.   Prior to forming The Grasp Group, Geoff worked in the human resources arena within the telecom industry.  He held numerous positions in the field of human resources including employee and labor relations, leadership development, talent management, compensation and benefits, HRIS, HR Mergers & Acquisitions and HR business partnership.  As an HR business partner Geoff has consulted with executive & leadership teams across multiple lines of business on all aspects of human resources in the development of business strategy and the delivery of key business objectives. 

Geoff has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial Relations and a Masters of Business Administration degree.

  To The Grasp Group Steve brings a combination of 15 years of diverse corporate experience and 10 years of senior consulting experience.  Steve has extensive international experience, participating in the start-up of a telecom venture in New Zealand, providing technology companies with industry expertise in APAC and EMEA, and leading a program management office within a joint venture telecom company in North America.   Steve has worked with senior executive teams to help define business strategy and direction, assisted middle management teams establish and deliver on corporate goals and objectives, and worked with business and technical staff to develop and implement programs and projects to support those objectives.  He has also helped technology sales teams achieve success by focusing on the impact their product or service has on their customers business and effectively communicating the costs and benefits associated with that impact.

Steve has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree and a Masters of Business Administration degree.
