In just a few short years our client has grown into
a leading placement agency for temporary healthcare
positions in remote locations. Since their inception
they have continued to expand operations and as a
result identified a need to develop and implement an
organizational growth strategy, paying particular
attention to growing their corporate office
competency in financial management, staff relations
and client relationships. The founders of the
company called upon The Grasp Group to work with
them on both the development of their growth
strategy and the resourcing of key new positions
identified as part of this growth strategy.
In direct consultation with the company founders, we
designed an organizational growth strategy that
allowed them to meet the demands of growth while
ensuring their focus on staff and customers never
